For the first jar, I'll show you how to make a candy corn painted jar with a hole on the front shaped as a piece of candy corn. The second jar has a bunch of candy corn all over it.
What you will need...
What you will need for both of these DIY's are jars, scissors, a pencil, a paintbrush, paint, masking tape, twine or ribbon, a x-acto knife, paper, LED candles, and glass beads.
DIY Candy Corn Jar #1
Take a piece of masking tape and cut it in half. Place one piece of tape down on something that you can easily peel off the tape from and overlap the tape with the other piece of tape to make a bigger area for your candy corn shape that will go on the front of the jar.
Draw out a shape of piece a candy corn on the tape and cut it out.
Place the tape onto the jar.
Then paint the jar the s colors as candy corn. Wait till the jar drys before you paint the next color.
When the jar drys, peel of the tape.
Take a x-acto knife and scratch off any of the paint that went under the paint.
Put the LED candle and glass beads into the jar. Don't use a real candle because that can cause a fire.
Tie a bow onto the jar with twine or ribbon.
DIY Candy Corn Jar #2
All you have to do is paint a bunch of candy corn on the front or all over the jar.
If you messed up scratch the paint off with the x-acto knife.
Put the LED candle and glass beads into the jar and tie a bow on to the jar with twine or ribbon.
